CareLoop helps patients record doctor conversations and get AI summaries, then enables doctors to collect family health information through voice conversations instead of phone calls. When a doctor needs clarification, they email the summary to family members who click a link and speak with an AI voice agent. The agent asks questions, gathers information, and sends a summary back to the doctor via email. The system can enrich patient management systems and facilitate async communication with allied health professionals, specialists, and GPs.

Core Flow:

1. Patient records doctor visit → receives AI-generated summary
2. Doctor sends summary to family via email with secure link
3. Family member clicks link → has voice conversation with AI agent
4. AI agent emails structured summary back to doctor

Judging Criteria:

Working Prototype: Fully functional with patient recording interface, AI summarization, and voice agent that conducts conversations and sends email summaries. Demo video shows complete end-to-end workflow.

Technical Complexity & Integration: Integrates five APIs: ElevenLabs (speech-to-text and text-to-speech), Gemini (AI summarization and conversation intelligence), Resend (email), Supabase (database and auth), orchestrated through Lovable frontend. Voice agent maintains conversation state and adapts questions based on responses.

Innovation & Creativity: Transforms family health information gathering from synchronous phone calls into asynchronous AI voice conversations. The agent actively interviews family members and synthesizes medical context without requiring doctor time. Extends to allied health coordination and specialist-GP communication.

Real-World Impact: Solves multiple healthcare communication challenges: patients forgetting medical information (they retain only 40-80%), doctors spending time on family coordination calls, and inefficient referral communication between specialists, allied health, and GPs. Structured summaries can integrate into patient management systems, creating a centralized communication layer across the care team. Particularly valuable for geriatric, pediatric, complex care cases, and multidisciplinary care coordination.

Theme Alignment: Pure voice AI agent experience where family members and healthcare professionals speak naturally with the AI to answer medical questions. No typing or forms—entirely voice-driven using ElevenLabs for voice I/O and Gemini for conversational reasoning.
