Project Description
An after-hours AI phone agent that triages pet emergencies, reassures worried owners, and escalates critical cases to on-call vets—built with ElevenLabs Conversational AI, ressaruring boice, and n8n automation and bolt frontend.
The Problem
Pet emergencies don’t wait for business hours. When a dog eats chocolate at 11pm or a cat stops breathing on a Sunday, owners face three bad options: panic-driven emergency vet visits (expensive, often unnecessary), unanswered clinic phones, or anxious Googling that makes everything worse.
Vet clinics lose revenue and client trust when they can’t respond after hours. Owners lose sleep and money. Pets sometimes lose critical time.
Our Solution: VetLine AI
VetLine is a conversational AI agent that answers after-hours calls to vet clinics. It doesn’t replace vets—it extends their reach.
What it does:
Answers calls with a warm, custom-cloned voice (“Dr. Sarah”)
Asks smart follow-up questions to assess the situation
Triages into three paths: emergency escalation, urgent callback, or next-day follow-up
Alerts on-call staff for genuine emergencies
Logs all cases and sends summary messages to owners
What owners experience: A calm, knowledgeable voice that takes them seriously, asks the right questions, and tells them exactly what to do next.

We didn’t work on this beforehand. We just knew we wanted to do something medical. Which is easier to do with animals.
