Krish Agrawal Team Lead RSVP Approved

Full Stack Engineer at Rocket Academy
Krish Agrawal is a Computer and Autonomous Systems Engineering student at the University of Wollongong (graduating in 2026), currently based in North Wollongong, NSW. With a strong foundation in software development and machine learning, Krish has gained hands-on experience as an intern at Silicon Vandals and FiSci, contributing to real-world projects that solve complex technical challenges. He brings a combination of full-stack development expertise and deep learning knowledge, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions in IoT systems, computer vision, and autonomous systems.
Krish is actively seeking to deepen expertise in geospatial analysis and climate-tech applications, particularly focusing on large-scale environmental monitoring using satellite imagery and drone technology. There is strong interest in collaborating with organizations working on natural hazards detection, renewable energy optimization, and disaster preparedness systems. Additionally, Krish is exploring opportunities to expand knowledge in edge computing, real-time data processing, and autonomous
Drone Imaging and Deep Learning for Large-scale Monitoring of Solar Panels (July 2025 – Present)
Currently developing an advanced thesis project on solar panel defect detection using computer vision. The system utilizes YOLOv11m trained on 6,020 images, achieving per-class threshold optimization to improve minority class detection by 225%. This project combines drone imagery, deep learning, and practical renewable energy applications.
