Project Concept
We’re going to turn AI voice into a first-class phone agent by registering it as a SIP extension inside any existing PBX (not a trunk or external IVR), so it behaves like a real employee in queues, ring groups, and transfers.
On top of that, the same agent can shadow human calls for whisper coaching, QA, and summarisation, all running over the customer’s existing phone numbers, carriers, and compliance stack.

I worked on the Rails Control Plane Application and "Ninja AI SIP Bridge go binary" (the bit that does the heavy lifting).
ElevenLabs - Primary AI voice provider integration. The AiAgent model supports ElevenLabs as the default provider (enum :provider, {...}, default: :elevenlabs), storing agent_id, voice configuration, and API credentials. The external gateway connects to ElevenLabs' conversational AI WebSocket API for real-time voice synthesis.
We have endpoints (webhooks) that allow for n8n workflows to easily invoke and receive output form the "Ninja AI SIP Bridge go binary"

William Kirkwood is a founder and product-focused technologist based in Sydney. He is currently Co-founder at Ninja AI, building AI sales agents for e-commerce. Previously he founded Luck AI and was Product Manager / head of the CRO team at Luxury Escapes where he led analytics and A/B testing at scale; he has also worked as Product Engineer at Resellify (built an iOS app and implemented generative AI features), Product Manager at News Corp, and held multiple early-stage startup and accelerator roles (Startmate, Mycelium, Vow). William holds a Bachelor of Advanced Business from The University of Queensland with majors in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (Tech) and Business Analytics (AI). He is a mid-senior-level operator (founder/executive) with hands-on experience in product, growth, experimentation, and building shipping prototypes and production web/mobile experiences.
